Bronwyn Webb
Program Coordinator
Bronwyn has been working with children for over 22 years, including having three kids of her own.
She graduated with her Bachelor's degree in Human Development from Brigham Young University in 1996. She first started working with children in 1997 as a Infant Development Teacher with children as young as 6 weeks.
She had her children, Alysabeth and Evan in 1999 and Caden in 2002 and took 5 years off to raise them.
When she returned to education, she taught preschool for 8 years with a classroom of 4 year olds. She then transitioned to Early Intervention in March 2015 until April 2021 when she joined our team at UKids - Guardsman Way. She first started here as a Lead Teacher in Infant C and then transitioned to Office Assistant and then finally to her position as our Program Coordinator.
She has come to enjoy working with children because she is able to watch them develop and reach new milestones.

Ashley Leo
Office Assistant/Learning Explorations Specialist
Ashley joined UKids - Guardsman Way in June 2021 as a Lead Teacher in the Discovery Preschool A class with our 2 year olds. She then joined our office team in October 2021.
Before UKids, she worked as a Teacher's Assistant at LAUSD in California. She graduated from California State University, Northridge with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education.
In her spare time, she loves watching movies, playing board games, and going to sporting events. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Joseph, and her dog, Paulie.
Regin Thompson
Office Assistant
Regin joined UKids - Guardsman Way in August 2021 as a Lead Teacher in our Infant C classroom. She then joined our office team in October 2021.
She took 2 years of child education courses and plans on getting degrees in child care and education.
She loves working in the office because she dreams of one day owning her own child care facility.
In her spare time, she enjoys photography and volunteering at animal shelters.
Amberli Falk
Curriculum Specialist
Amberli has a Bachelor of science degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Utah.
Amberli joined the UKids team in March of 2015 and has worked as a teacher and as a coach. She is certified as a reliable CLASS assessor (an observation tool to assess classroom quality in preschool settings), and has experience screening children for developmental delays and concerns. She loves the opportunity to work with our wonderful staff to provide training, coaching, and support to them in their work with young children.
In her spare time, Amberli teaches ballet lessons, listens to music, and loves traveling to new places with her family.
