Kim Norman 

Program Coordinator

Kim joined UKids in January 2025, bringing with her a deep passion for Early Childhood education and 20 years of experience in Montessori environments. She holds a Master’s degree in Education, along with certifications in both Early Childhood and Lower Elementary Montessori education.

Before becoming part of the UKids team, Kim spent 11 years at Elizabeth Academy, where she taught students from preschool through high school. Her diverse teaching background also includes time at Soaring Wings Montessori School. In addition to her classroom experience, Kim has served as a field consultant and mentor to new educators through the Center for Guided Montessori Studies, helping to support and guide the next generation of Montessori teachers.

Kim is dedicated to fostering a nurturing environment where children can thrive—academically, socially, and emotionally. Her approach reflects a deep respect for each child’s individuality and natural love of learning.

Cassie Burt 

Program Assistant

Cassie has been a part of the UKids – Guardsman Way team since October 2022. With over 11 years of experience working with children, she brings a deep passion for early childhood education and a warm, supportive presence to the classroom. Cassie holds both a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential and a National Administrator Credential, reflecting her commitment to professional growth and quality care. She loves being part of the UKids community and especially enjoys building meaningful connections with the children and their families each day.
