Enrollment Information

UKids - Guardsman Way is operated within the Student Affairs Division of the University of Utah, serving University Affiliates.  While community members are eligible for care, we must first offer priority to University Affiliates on the waitlist.  

Families pay a fixed, monthly rate based on the classroom their child is enrolled in.

WAITLIST APPLICATION  

Enrollment is open to students, faculty, and staff of the University of Utah. Open spots may be offered to community families after priority is given to University Affilates.

To be placed on the waitlist, you must pay the waitlist application fee ($100 per child). Please note, this waitlist application fee is non-refundable.

Accepting children age 6 weeks to 6 years for full-time care only.  

Age groupings are:

Infant Classrooms - 2 teachers with no more than 8 children.

Wobbler Classroom - 2 teachers with no more than 8 children.

Toddler Classrooms - 2 teachers with no more than 8 children.

Discovery Preschool Classroom - 2 teachers with no more than 12 children.

Preschool A Classroom - 2 teachers with no more than 16 children.

Preschool B Classroom - 2 teachers with no more than 18 children.

Preschool C Classroom - 2 teachers with no more than 19 children.

Monday – Friday 7:00 am-6:00 pm.

1. Complete the Waitlist Application and pay the waitlist application fee. (You are not on the waitlist until BOTH of these are completed.)

2. Once a spot for your child becomes available, our Enrollment Specialist will contact you.
