Learning Explorations

Here at UKids Guardsman we offer several classes that children can participate in. Children as young as 2 years of age can participate in select classes. We also have a few other classes we are considering starting so please check in often to see what changes we have made.

Parent Night Out

One Saturday night each month, quality child care is provided for children of students, staff* and faculty* at the Ukids - East Village in the University Student Apartments or Ukids - President's Circle. Children must be comfortable in group play situations to attend. The program usually runs from 6:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (see exceptions below).  The program is free for students*.  

It is important that children have their dinner before they arrive. A light snack is served around 8:00 p.m. 

To pre-register for this program, please email childcare@sa.utah.edu providing your name, University affilation, phone number, child's name, age, and date of birth.  For more information contact the Student Parent Support Center at 801-585-5897.

*If program doesn't fill with student's children, then unfilled slots will be open to faculty and staff currently enrolled in the programs at the per child rate of $5.
